This includes leveraging virtual hardware to accelerate development and implement shift-left or extend-right strategies, thereby enhancing customer ROI through the adoption of relevant use cases. • Must have familiarity with two or more of the following market segments: automotive, robotics / physical AI, networking, mobile, industrial, safety-critical embedded. • Must have a proven track-record demonstrating ability to identify and understand customer’s technical and business challenges and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to manage projects internally and manage campaigns externally with customers. • Must have a knowledge of AI/ML digital design and optimization methods and associated EDA and software technology awareness. • Must have ability converse with and influence upper-level management technology and business discussions to help drive multi-million-dollar, complex sales campaigns. • An understanding of the capability and competitive value provided by Cadence digital design and implementation tools, flows, and solutions, and the ability lead Cadence technical teams connect those to customer needs. • An understanding of RTL and chip design and verification. • An understanding of digital requirements, ecosystems, and certification/assurance requirements in aerospace/defense, automotive, industrial, and medical markets. • An understanding of mixed-signal IC design and package design. • Knowledge of the complete sales process, services SOW process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering and financial staff at all levels. • Results driven with a proven track record of successfully managing conflicting priorities and meeting goals. Experience: • 10+ years of professional experience in the electronic design environment • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales roles Education: • MS or BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
