include: • Driving the visual design strategy across multiple products or platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience goals. • Leading and mentoring a team of visual designers, setting a high creative bar while supporting their growth and development. • Crafting pixel-perfect UI designs—from mood boards and component libraries to final screens—that are both functional and emotionally resonant. • Creating scalable design systems, iconography, motion guidelines, and visual documentation that help unify product experiences across ecosystems. • Collaborating closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to bring designs to life with a high level of fidelity and feasibility. • Advocating for visual excellence through design reviews, critiques, and storytelling that connects design choices to user impact and business value. • Staying ahead of visual design trends, tools, and technologies to continually evolve the team's creative practices.

We’re looking for a strong visual storyteller and systems thinker who can elevate product aesthetics while maintaining clarity and usability. You’ll bring: • 7+ years of experience in visual or UI design for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence across web, mobile, or embedded systems. • Exceptional skills in layout, color, typography, spacing, and iconography—with an obsessive attention to detail. • Experience leading visual design in cross-functional environments, ideally in a design-driven tech or automotive context. • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other prototyping or animation tools. • A collaborative spirit and the ability to give and receive feedback constructively. • Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and contributing to UI component libraries. • Understanding of accessibility, localization, and responsive design principles. • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
